Online Return & Exchange Policy
Towel Tech LLC will issue an exchange for items returned that have been deemed defective by Towel Tech LLC in new condition within 30 days of the shipment date. IMPORTANT: All returns to Towel Tech LLC must be pre approved by contacting (firstname.lastname@example.org).
To determine defective item please contact Towel Tech at (email@example.com) and inlcude your order number, name, contact information, description or picture of the defect and customer support will respond within 24 hours. All defect decisions are at the discretion of Towel Tech LLC.
Customer is responsible for shipping items back to Towel Tech LLC
There will be no refunds for any reason. All merchandise sold by Towel Tech LLC is sold as is without any guarantee. By making a purchase with Towel Tech LLC you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with Towel Tech you must contact customer support by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by contact form. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
